1. Data controller

2. What we collect and why

• Account data — your email address, used for passwordless sign-in and transactional service messages (legal basis: contract).
• Valuation activity — the domains you look up, your saved valuations and any relationship you explicitly declare to a domain (contract).
• Service records — audit records of changes to your data (contract, legitimate interests).

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• Looking up a domain never marks you as its owner or seller, and never creates seller state without your explicit declaration.
• We do not send marketing email merely because you created an account; marketing requires your separate, explicit preference and honours suppression requests.

4. Processors

We use vetted processors to run the service: hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), transactional email (Resend), background jobs (Trigger.dev) and error monitoring (Sentry). Each processes data only on our instructions.

5. Retention and your rights

Account and valuation data are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and audit purposes. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time using the contact route above; UK GDPR rights apply, including the right to complain to the ICO.
